Managing Director: Lindiwe Matlali

Lindiwe has a BCom degree from the university of Cape Town and currently studying torwards an MBA with the University of Southern Queensland. She started her career in retail as merchandise planner. She has 7 years research experience having worked for global research houses including Millward Brown and TNS-Research Surveys. Lindiwe is a regular speaker at marketing conferences.

Lindiwe has appeared on eNews Channel's Maggs on Media and has also written articles for leading marketing publications in South Africa including the Strategic Marketing Magazine, Marketing Mix, the Journal of Marketing. She was also profiled on the Oprah Magazine, Real Magazine , the Star newspaper and the Red Book.

Senior Research Consultant: Patience Muyambo

Patience has a BCom degree in Statistics and Economics from UCT. She has been involved in the marketing and research fraternity for almost six years. She started her career in the market research industry working across both qualitative and quantitative research techniques at TNS Research Surveys.

She gained invaluable experience working for clients in product and service categories including Government , Retail, Insurance, Alcoholic Beverages and FMCG products. In 2006 she joined global market research giant Millward Brown as a Senior Research Executive, she gained advertising research experience whilst working with international clients such as BP, Diageo, and Old Mutual. Patience has a particular interest in understanding the dynamics of the South African consumer and has won awards on research papers she presented regarding SA's black emerging middle class.

During her tenure at TNS Research Surveys she was an integral member of the team that spearheaded The 'Black Diamonds' study, which she worked on in conjunction with UCT Unilever Institute of Strategic Marketing. This was the most comprehensive quantitative survey ever to be conducted amongst SA's black middle class.

Operations Director: Gloria Mothapo

 

Gloria is a qualified civil engineering consultant with seven years experience. She has managed multimillion projects as civil engineering consultant. She was actively involved with the designs of roads and storm water. She's had an opportunity to do the site supervision for a number of disciplines, among others the construction of taxi and bus routes, repair and maintenance and rebar for strip foundations. On other occasions she's been involved with a design team responsible for timeous completion of designs, compiling tender documents and submission thereof. She has been responsible to interact with clients, attend coordination meetings and site meetings in some of the projects. She ensures that all contracts are signed and all procedures are followed especially by the MD.

Advertising Consultant: John M Lee

For over 20 years and through revolutionary changes in marketing communications, John constantly reminds his clients of one thing: it's still all about the customer. "Regardless of channel, technology or tool, if you put the customer at the center of your thinking, you're off to a good start". Working with leading advertising agencies in both media and senior account management positions, John has consistently developed innovative, insight driven brand communications programs for both business to consumer and business to business brands including: Texas Instruments, The Home Depot, Continental Airlines, Cadillac Motor Cars, Subaru of America, Tellabs, Virbac Animal Health and T.G.I. Friday's restaurants. Additionally, John served for a number of years as Director, Integrated Marketing Communications for Parago, an Internet technology marketing promotions management company leading to his understanding of the role technology can play in customer communications.
